Anchor Excavating was established in 2014. Luke and Hannah Olechnowicz are a husband and wife team dedicated to providing precision earthwork, unique project execution and the utmost professionalism.
Anchor Excavating provides a variety of earthwork, ranging from foundations, land clearing, site development, septic systems, shoreline restoration, demolition and more. Anchor Excavating prides themselves in a safe, clean and organized work environment.
Land Clearing
From sub-division lots to large commercial sized lots and everything in between, Anchor Excavating is fully equipped for stump removal, wood chipping, and hauling logs offsite.
Site Development
From start to finish, Anchor Excavating works closely with the contractors on-site by reviewing blue prints, accommodating the specific needs and details of each jobsite and ensuring that the next sub-contractor has a clean and ready to go workspace. Storm water management, retention ponds, parking lot installation and finish grading are all details to be considered throughout the process.
Demolition
With safety being the number one concern, demolitions are carefully planned and executed from start to finish. Demolition experience ranges from large historic cottages on the shores of Lake Michigan to old barns, houses and out buildings.
Utilities
Septic systems, city water service and city sewer are all complex systems part of each project. Anchor Excavating installs both gravity fed septic systems and pressurized septic systems.
